How to Join

Membership is no longer tied to the deeds in the St. Andrew's Estates area so anyone can join! We are excited that you're interested in taking part in this amazing community. See the information below and contact us at saemembership147@gmail.com

Membership Fees

As a member of St. Andrew's Estates you are entitled to: 

  • The use of members only tennis court and sports ball court with lights for night games until 11pm;

  • The members only large pool supervised by certified lifeguards;

  • Children's swimming lessons; 2 weekday sessions in July & Aug. for 3 weeks each.

  • Fireworks (weather permitting);

  • Family Social Events;

  • Kids Olympics Fun Day;

  • End of Summer Corn Roast;

  • Movie Nights

  • Other events as scheduled

NEW in 2023 Couples Membership - 2 adults from the same household $300 + HST for the season.

Membership fees are collected to cover the cost of running the facilities and events throughout the season. 

 

1 year Household Membership is based on a household (persons living at the same address)  (renewable yearly)

 

*All membership fees are non-refundable. New members are on a one year membership probationary period from the date of signed contract.

  • The SAE Annual General Meeting of Membership provides opportunity to “Have A Voice” in shaping your neighbourhood and volunteer” on the Executive Committee.

  • Employment and volunteer opportunities with preference given to qualified member’s children. (Certified Lifeguards, property maintenance and more).
