Birthday Party Pool Rental for Members!

Rentals

Members can celebrate a special occasion using our pool facility during
off hours! 

Pool Rental

$125 incl HST

2 hours
Sat, Sun, Mon or Fri
10am–12pm

(subject to SAE events)

 

Rental fee includes 1 lifeguard, use of the pool, washrooms, yard area, tennis court, sport court, and water toys.

Rental Guidelines

  • Rentals are available only to Association members in good standing 

  • Rentals must be booked and paid in full a minimum of a week in advance.

  • Maximum total bodies, including supervising adults is 30

  • Adult to children ratio for under 8 is 1:5, Adult to children ration 9 & up is 1:10

  • Renters may enter the pool area at 9:45am to set up

  • SAE will not be held liable in the event of illness or injury at the event

  • Member and guests must vacate the premisis by 12pm or follow regular sign in procedures for remaining guests

  • Member must remain in the pool area during the entire party

  • Members are responsible for cleaning up after their event

  • Full refund if you cancel before 8am of the day of rental

  • Percentage of fees (minus the Guards wages) are refunded if weather doesn't permit you to use the full rental time
