Rentals
Members can celebrate a special occasion using our pool facility during
off hours!
Pool Rental
$150 incl HST
2 hours
Sat, Sun, and Mon
10am–12pm
(subject to SAE events)
Rental fee includes 1 lifeguard, use of the pool, washrooms, yard area, tennis court, sport court, and water toys.
Rental Guidelines

Rentals are available only to Association members in good standing

Rentals must be booked and paid in full a minimum of a week in advance.

Maximum total bodies, including supervising adults is 30.

A second lifeguard is required if there will be more than 30 people.

Adult to children ratio for under 8 is 1:5, Adult to children ration 9 & up is 1:10

Renters may enter the pool area at 9:45 am to set up

SAE will not be held liable in the event of illness or injury at the event

Member and guests must vacate the premises by 12 pm or follow regular sign in procedures for remaining guests

Member must remain in the pool area during the entire party

Members are responsible for cleaning up after their event

Refund if cancelled before 8 pm on the day prior to your rental.

Partial refund upon request if weather dictates a pool closure.
