Facility Rules

The St. Andrews Estates Homes Association Inc. exists to provide a pleasurable outdoor facility for its

members and their families to enjoy during the summer months. It consists of a gated complex with access to a swimming pool, lounge area, kids play area and a double-pad tennis court. These facilities are overseen on a

daily basis by trained lifeguards.

Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct distributed each year with the invoice/newsletter.  All members are expected to adhere to the individual rules and regulations for each of the facility areas, which are detailed below. Overall, the common behavior rules while at the facility are as follows:
  1. As this is a neighbourhood organization, all members are expected to interact with each other in a courteous manner.
  2. There will be no tolerance for any fighting, swearing or any loud or obnoxious behavior, as determined by the lifeguards or Board of Directors.
  3. No smoking permitted within the gated area.
  4. There will be no tolerance for any member or non-member to be inside the facility during the off-hours, except as sanctioned by the Executive for meetings and maintenance.
  5. All events taking place at the facility must be sanctioned by the Board of Directors prior to taking place.
